If you are
feeling out of control, or feeling unhappy with your situation, you may have
missed something. Have you looked properly? What are your perceptions, your
expectations? What are you running after or longing for? And are those things
the things that make you happy?
Feeling free, feeling wholesome, feeling interconnected and peaceful are states of mind that are available for you at any time. Just return to your true home and learn to look with compassion to yourself and the world around you. Smile to your efforts and dreams and learn to see reality as it really is.

We
are not separate from others, my presence in this world does not stop at my
skin. My existence is built from many components that were already there before
they came together in me. What I do and say will be present in people and
places around me.
Words
and concepts are too limited to replace true insight. Discriminative thinking
is doing injustice to the richness of reality. It takes practice and personal
engagement to see the whole without division or judgment.
All
is impermanent, my joys, my suffering, bad circumstances, and happy moments. We
can see them as a flow, we can appreciate our limitations and possibilities and
work to reduce suffering and share happiness.
It takes
practice to be fully awake, to see the world as she really is.
If you stop, come home to yourself; If you are mindful what do you see, what do you experience?
What makes me truly happy, truly free. To be free of the grip of craving, regret, fear or sorrow.

The
invitation is to feel the ground under your feet. To enjoy the life, the space
that is there for you, that no one can take away. The life that is fully yours
and that is beautiful and unique. You can live firmly rooted in the present
moment.
